he 996 will be one of those cars. You know the ones. The cars that we so often hear friends saying, “remember when you could buy one of those for the price of a family hack, I should have bought 10 of them when I could”. These were the cars that could be brought for song, on a bit of a whim, and now achieve six figure prices.
Well, the clock is ticking and time is running out. Soon 996 prices will be driven up by a generation of car enthusiasts, who have never known the 911 as an air-cooled brand. This will be the generation whose dads reminisce of two-wheel drive, normally aspirated cars, with a gear-lever and clutch pedal. Those cars that still need driving rather than sitting in a cockpit, on autopilot, being propelled from A - B at warp factor 9 whilst relying on Lane Change Assist.

he E30 M3 requires no introduction to the motoring enthusiast. It has the finest competition history of any tin top racer and will go down in the record books as the single model to have won more international races, rallies and hill climb championships than any other car. Driven by legends such as Stuck, Cecotto, Ravaglia, Soper, Pirro, and Quester to name but a few. The road version has gone down in the history books as the most flattering saloon car chassis of all time.
Classic Heroes were commissioned to build this fabulous example of the legendary E30 M3. The emphasis during this build was on turnkey usability and still drivable on the road. It was essential to be quick and safe on track combined with the ability to drive long distances to track days. The owner wanted to use the car at events all over Europe and it had to fit in with his busy lifestyle with no dependency on tow bars and trailers!
